Big Band Shoulder Workout

The great thing about resistance bands is that they can be taken with you wherever you go around the world, so there's no excuse not to get a workout in!

Complete 3-5 sets of the following circuit:

1) Band One Arm Shoulder Press
- Light to medium resistance
- 8-12 reps each arm

2) Band Upright Row
- Medium to heavy resistance
- 12-15 reps

3) Band Frontal Raise
- Light to medium resistance
- 8-12 reps

4) Band Break Apart
- Light to medium resistance
- 8-12 reps

5) Band Shrug
- Medium to heavy resistance
- 12-15 reps
